Block 13-14: The composite SSF was 4, which is a slight decrease relative to last year's composite SSF of 6 (Table 20). This block is stable and has been stable since 1998. All of the check dams are functioning as designed. Some minor repairs were identified at check dams CK-3 through CK-20. Rock movement in the spillway channels of check dams CK-4 through CK-9 and CK-11 through CK-19 has caused the channel to loose it trapezoidal shape. The design shape will be restored at these check dams during fall season 2005. Gullies bypassing the spillway on the face of embankments at check dams CK-3, CK-9, and CK-10 will be repaired during fall season 2005. No other corrective action is planned for these check dams. la
