' Block 8-9: The composite SSF was 8, which is an improvement over last year's composite SSF of 13 <br />(Table 15). This block is stable and has stable been since 1998. Rills and gullies aze stable with little <br />evidence of soil movement. Vegetation is growing on the sides and bottoms of these features. Repairs <br />made in 2004 appeaz to be doing well. Vegetation appears to be denser than last year.
