This revision replaces all pages of the Report <br />submitted previously with the exception ofthe Daily Precipitation table. The Annual Mine Inflow <br />and subsidence reports should remain in the book. <br />The revised pages include reformatted monitoring point tables, a revised narrative that <br />more accurately reflects the monitoring program itself; corrected tables 1 through 3 and a new <br />table (Table 4) describing each monitoring point includmg locations and local environment. <br />We have also included a new drawing which more closely depicts the location of <br />monitoring points and shows additional information about canals and ditches. <br />Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding this submission with copies of <br />all written correspondence sent to Mr. Wm A.
