The name and permit number of the mine and the name and address of the permittee <br />are: <br />Carbon Junction Mine (CDMG permit number C-92-080) <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. <br />4613 Jacksboro Highway <br />Wichita Falls, Texas 76301 <br />telephone (940) 322-4772 <br />b). No additional acreage was disturbed in 2001. <br />c). No additional backElling or grading was undertaken in 2001. In 1999, backfilling and <br />slope recontouring began on approximately 1.2 acres of the North Pit. Placement of inert <br />backfill material began in the southern azea of the South Pit. <br />d). No additional topsoil replacement took place during 2001. <br />e). No additional revegetation, augmented seeding or cultural practices were undertaken <br />in 2001. <br />t). To date, permanent revegetation as described in the mining and reclamation plan has <br />occurred at the Cazbon Junction Mine at the permanently reclaimed spoils area. <br />
