The 38.69 acres of <br />disturbed land will be reclaimed in the near future. The pit is not being actively mined. The <br />existing road and parking area consisting of 4.60 acres will remain for the use of the property <br />owner, Dan Ardrey, Advocate for M&M Land Company, 23876 N.
