The species of vegetation planted, the locations and
approximate dates of planting.
The planting was done during the time period of this
report.
5. The type and approximate quanity of fertilizers, organic
material or soil conditioners used and location of use.
- June 1983 Fertilizer applied to juted area 60 lbs.
available N per Acre 30-10-0 total 1.33 Acres.
- July 1983 Fertilizer applied to trees, shrubs, and
vines. Approx 3 oz. sprinkled at the base of each
plant 14-14-10, 2% Fe, 60% Sulfer coated urea.
6. An appraisal of the success of reclamation efforts, and in
the event of failure of any efforts a short narrative on
the suspected of determined causes of such failure.
The reclamation efforts to date appear to have been
successful. This has apparently been due to persistant
efforts of reseeding and/or fertilizing as necessary, prompt
maintenence of potential problem areas, and adequate natural
moisture during the recent growing season. We anticipate
requesting bond releases on at least the top bench sometime
this summer.
