Lamm <br />Governor <br />May 3, 1984 <br />Mr. John Hickman <br />Mobile Premix Company <br />1500 West 12th Avenue <br />Denver, Colorado 80204 <br />Re: The Blue Pit - File No. 81-207 <br />The Jammaron Pit - File No. 75-4 <br />Action Taken at the April 25-26, 1984 Meeting of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board <br />Dear Mr. Hickman: <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the Request for Transfer of Permit <br />I- and Succession of Operator from Zemlock and Sons, Inc. to Mobile Premix Company. <br />The financial warranty for the Jammaron Pit was increased from $33,000 to <br />$300,000. The operator has been given an extension to the August Board <br />meeting to provide the additional financial warranty. <br />Mobile Premix Company is now the permitted operator far both of the above <br />operations, responsible for following the approved plans.
