The Mine has a total <br />permitted affected acreage of 43.29 acres in Section 25, T2S, R71W, 6PM and Section 8, <br />T3S, R70W, 6PM. The Mine does not have a phased reclamation plan, is not in temporary <br />cessation, and will continue operations in the next report year. The Division's Annual Fee <br />and Report Request form is attached to this report. <br />Changes to the Affected Area: <br />There were no changes to the affected area during the report year. A map depicting the <br />current affected area for mining operations in Section 25 is attached as Figure 1. No <br />additional disturbances to the affected area are anticipated during the next report period, <br />Reclamation Completed During the Report Period: <br />The Mine does not have a phased reclamation plan, but Cotter has been reclaiming surface <br />facilities and areas that are no longer used in the mining operation in accordance with the <br />permit reclamation plan since May of 1998.
