Please refer to the Annual Report Ma~~ attached for the
locations of areas discussed in this repoz•t. This pit HAS NOT
been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than
180 days this year. The Financial Warranty is $29,300.00, the
permitted area is 14.20 ± and the pit is riot Phased. A sign that
conforms with rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is installed at the en-
trance to the pit.
We will deal specifically with each crf the Annual Report
requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of t:he Rules and Regula-
tions, and in the annual notice letter.
(1) Mining is complete.
(2) Reclamation began on the area west of the railroad this year
(brown). We have continued to fill Fart of the pit with
clean fill consisting of concrete, ol.d asphalt and dirt
(brown) as approved. Reclamation hae, been successful and
the trees planted along the east line: have done very well.
The topsoil stockpile has not been disturbed this year. A
portion of the site is being used as a concrete batch plant
(purple), gravel/rock sales yard (yellow) and recycling area
as approved in the County PUD.
(3) No additional lands will be disturbed, since mining is com-
plete.
(4) We will continue to backfill the areas partially filled to
date (brown) until full and leveled. It will then be re-
claimed as approved in the reclamation plan.
