Fees are based <br />upon a schedule of E350.00 if the operation is an open mining oper n and <br />X275,00 for any other operation. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations (Annual Reportl to <br />bring the Division up-to-date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on <br />the site.
