Reclaimed Acreage <br /> A total of 10.88 acres was released from further reclamation responsibility under permit <br /> revision AR-1, dated May 1, 2001. The acreage released consisted of areas that had not <br /> been disturbed or were reclaimed during the report period. The areas released from further <br /> reclamation responsibility are depicted on the attached Figure 2 and Figure 3 maps. <br /> Reclamation to be Performed During the Coming Year <br /> The Cotter Corporation anticipates the completion of the following reclamation activity for permit <br /> M-77-300 during the coming year: <br /> 1. Complete the demolition and disposal, or alternatively, the removal from further reclamation <br /> responsibility under permit M-77-300, of all remaining permanent, portable, and poured <br /> structures. <br /> 2. Complete the regrading of the site waste dumps. <br /> Review of Reclamation Bond Adequacy <br /> The Cotter Corporation has reviewed the sufficiency of the Financial Warranty for Permit <br /> No. M-77-300, the Schwartzwalder Mine, and has determined that the current bond value of <br /> $937,090.00, held under Bond No. U2155972 of the State of Colorado, is sufficient to cover all <br /> remaining DMG related reclamation costs. <br />
