<br />(4) The Surety shall not be liable under this bond for an <br />amount greater in the aggregate than the sum designated in the first paragraph <br />hereof, unless increased by a later amendment to this bond which is e~ccepted <br />by the Surety. This bond shall be reviewed annually by the Department, and <br />the Department shall require adjustments in the principal sum of this; bond in <br />accordance with License Conditions, as appropriate, and to cover increases in <br />the estimated costs of decommissioning, decontamination and reclamation due to <br />inflation, to changes in decommissioning, decontamination and reclamation <br />costs, changes in regulations, or any other conditions affecting costs, but no <br />such increase shall bind the Surety unless and until it shall have consented <br />thereto in writing by the issuance of an additional surety bond or b}' an <br />endorsement to this bond; provided, however, that any such increase :•hall <br />avoid duplication of any bond requirements imposed on the Principal try the <br />Board. <br />(5) The amount of the bond shall be reduced to reflect: any of <br />the following changed conditions or circumstances pertaining to the License: <br />(a) A decrease in reclamation costs due to an amendment <br />to the License, or changes in the reclamation plan as u~y be <br />approved by the Department, or changes in applicable statutes or <br />regulations; <br />-39- <br />
