The Division would agree <br />with your assessment that the rise in water level during April is <br />due to snowmelt increasing the water level in the alluvium. There <br />appears to be no impact on the alluvial piezometers that could be <br />attributed to the mine. <br />Please respond to the Division's comments and recommendations by <br />February 4, 1994.
