Would the portals have <br />been at the D seam or would a ramp down be required <br />to reach the coal? <br />i <br />v0 What is the possible source for this water? <br />Ground Water <br />The Division has reviewed the ground water monitoring results for <br />the piezometers at the sediment pond. The Division would agree <br />with your assessment that the rise in water level during April is <br />due to snowmelt increasing the water level in the alluvium. There <br />appears to be no impact on the alluvial piezometers that could be <br />attributed to the mine. <br />Please respond to the Division's comments and recommendations by <br />February 4, 1994.
