DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Monthly and Bi-weekly Sampling - May b, 14, 15, 20, and 22, 1996 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for the monthly and bi-weekly <br />sampling periods collected May b, 14, 15, 20, and 22, as specified in the April 1992 <br />Abatement Plan. The cross-reference table between sample identification numbers anti <br />sample locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free and wad cyanide <br />values for the process point samples are enclosed. <br />The groundwater wells M-4R, M-1 I R, SF- I, and M-15, surface water station, RS-5, and the <br />process points were sampled and the analyses are enclosed. A duplicate is not included <br />here since duplicates are taken approximately every ten sample sets.
