United Companies <br />of Mesa County, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the Preston Pit, and as such, is responsible for all <br />provisions in Permit No. M-80-022, as welt as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is American Casualty Company of Reading, Pa Corporate Surety Bond No. in the <br />amount of $12,500.00, and the PerfotTnance Warranty you originally provided. These have been released <br />as of the April 10, 1998 Division approval for the succession of operators.
