Surface and side slopes were inspected for slurnps, tension cracks, and other <br />indications of potential failure. <br />Threat to Human Life or Property: <br />None observed. Location and placement minimize potential impacts to life or properly. <br />Potential Hann to Land, Air, and Water Resources: <br />None observed. Location of the waste bank minimizes potential impacts to land and water resources. <br />Maintenance Required: <br />Rainfall and run-off during April has caused some shifting of riprap in the armoured downdrains. <br />This will require some maintenance to the down drains.
