Please refer to the Annual Report Map for the locations of areas discussed in this report. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty for this operation is $20, 500, the permitted area is 14 . 20 ± and the pit is not Phased. A sign that conforms with rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is installed at the entrance to the pit. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined Section 2. 4. 1 of the Rules and Regula- tions. 2 . 4 . 1 (1) Mining was completed in 1982-83 . (2) We have been filling the pit with clean fill consisting of concrete, old asphalt and dirt (brown) . Reclamation has been successful in regards with the backfilling. Backfilling will continue until the site is completely filled to the same approximate elevation as the railroad. The topsoil stockpile has not been disturbed this year and no reclamation was called for other than the backfilling that is taking place. (3) No additional lands will be disturbed. (4) We will continue to backfill the areas partially filled to �Q4s date, (brown) . We have approximately 5 more feet until the 9 railroad level is reached on the west side and 15 feet in the ,16 ip
