Please refer to the Annual Report Map for the <br /> locations of areas discussed in this report. This pit HAS NOT been <br /> granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 <br /> days this year. The Financial Warranty for this operation is <br /> $20, 500, the permitted area is 14 . 20 ± and the pit is not Phased. <br /> A sign that conforms with rule 6.7 Signs and Markers is installed at <br /> the entrance to the pit. <br /> We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br /> requirements as outlined Section 2. 4. 1 of the Rules and Regula- <br /> tions. <br /> 2 . 4 . 1 <br /> (1) Mining was completed in 1982-83 . <br /> (2) We have been filling the pit with clean fill consisting of <br /> concrete, old asphalt and dirt (brown) . Reclamation has been <br /> successful in regards with the backfilling. Backfilling will <br /> continue until the site is completely filled to the same <br /> approximate elevation as the railroad. The topsoil stockpile <br /> has not been disturbed this year and no reclamation was called <br /> for other than the backfilling that is taking place. <br /> (3) No additional lands will be disturbed. <br /> (4) We will continue to backfill the areas partially filled to �Q4s <br /> date, (brown) . We have approximately 5 more feet until the 9 <br /> railroad level is reached on the west side and 15 feet in the ,16 <br /> ip <br />
