No subsidence will occur at the surface which would affect the creeks in the <br />areas where main entries wilt be driven through the protection zone. Several <br />of the subsidence monitoring rronunents for panel 1W-15 extend over the main <br />entries. Those on the south line were surveyed before the main entries were <br />mined. Those on the north line were surveyed shortly after mining had been <br />carried out beneath than. Two subsequent surveys have been ccrrpleted on the <br />south line and one subsequenF survey has been on the north line. Data on <br />these surveys is attached. The data included also covers the pre{nining and <br />post-develolrrent mining data for panel 1W-1S of any subsidence occurring <br />during or after develo~nent mining has occurred. <br />Exhibit 3.4.4.8.1, Life of "F" Seam <<tine Plan also shows the expected areal <br />extent of subsidence based on the depth of overburden and a 20.5 degree <br />projected angle of draw. <br />IX-3 <br />
