I <br /> Annual fees are due for your permit for 1988, in accordance with the new Mined <br /> Land Reclamation Act, if your anniversary date fell between July 1 and <br /> December 31 , 1988 or are due on your permit for 1989 if your anniversary date <br /> fell Detween January 1 and October 31 , 1989. <br /> If your records indicate different facts , please inform this office as soon as <br /> possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br /> the new statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br /> required annual report to bring the Divsion up-to-date as to the conditions at <br /> the site. If you cannot include these materials with the fees , please <br /> indicate on the enclosed sheet how soon we should expect to receive the <br /> material .
