The annual report form and map are enclosed herewith, together <br />with copies of monitoring well data collected through September 1, 2005. <br />Activity associated with this operation during the permit year ended September 27, 2005 included <br />construction of the slurry wall, construction of the relocated Bull Seep ditch, development of the settling <br />pond, and commencement of mining as noted on the enclosed map. The relocated Bull Seep ditch was <br />also seeded during the permit year.
