The
format of the response is to provide the Division's comment
followed by Colorado Yampa's response.
DMG COMMENT - The title block incorrectly identifies map of 4 of 4
"as of 1/1/93" rather than "1/1/94".
~ RESPONSE - This drafting error has been corrected and the attached
6~ map shows the corrected date.
DMG COMMENT - Shaded areas representing TCC liability do not agree
even among this set of maps.
be RESPONSE - The maps have been changed so that the TCC liability
area agrees on all the maps.
DMG COMMENT - The text indicates another reseeding of acreage near
the Pond T access loop. This area was re-seeded in 1992 after an
initial seeding in 1991. What is the reason for an annual
reseeding of this area.
RESPONSE - The area was inspected by Colorado Yampa personnel, and
T based upon the inspection, it was determined that reclamation of
~~\~ the area would be best served by re-seeding the area. This was
~~~ completed and the area is being monitored.
w~~ ~`- DMG COMMENT - Also, the text indicated 3100 acres of disturbance
rY~ which is reflective of corrections made related to shifts in
liability transfer and planimeter discrepancies. The Division is
unaware of liability transfers and would like explanations for the
annual reference to acreage changes whatever the reasons.
