C-84-062, 1997 Annual Hydrologic Report. <br />Although your letter does not state when Colorado Yampa Coal Company expects to provide this report to <br />the Division, as we discussed on the telephone, the Division will extend to due date until February 28, <br />1998. Please be reminded that additional delay of submittal of this report may delay the Division's <br />analysis of other current permitting actions regarding Mine 3. <br />Thank you for keeping me informed of the status of the Annual Hydrology Report.
