You must pay these fees each year until reclamation <br />responsibility release is granted. The fee listed below is for LAST YEARS mining and reclamation season, and <br />19UST be paid even if your operation was in an inactive state. The fee is due ON OR BEFORE :he permit <br />anniversary date shown below. <br />if you have reyuested reclamation responsibility release from the Division but your permit is not released by your <br />anniversary date listed below, the annual fee MUST be paid. if the permit is released beforz the .m-tiversary date, <br />please do no[ pay the annual fee. <br />PLEASE NOTE: IF THE ANNUAL FEE, ANNUAL REPORT.
