Spring 8 Pond 24 lies downstream of an area of the East mine <br />inactive since 1984. No retreat mining has occurred in the vicinity of this site. Monitoring of Spring & Pond 24 will be renewed 1 year prior to further <br />of the East mine with quarterly Ilow, water level, and field parameter measurements and an annual water quality sample. <br />
