Please <br />`be advised that any lands disturbed as a result of your present, ongoing <br />operations must be part of a permit area and warrantied as such. Redisturbed <br />lands such as these are covered by the Mined Land Reclamation Act. <br />Please clarify the situation concerhin9 the redisturbance of such lands <br />in all three of these operations.
