1995 Annual Reclamation Report Review
I have reviewed the Mine 1, 2 and Eckman Park ]995 Annual Reclamation Report (C-81-
071). The report was reviewed for compliance with Rule 2.04.13:
a) The name address and permit number are included on the cover letter submitted
with the report. The mine name and permit number are included in the text of the
report.
b) Location of area disturbed in 1995. No new disturbances were created in ]995.
Maintenance repairs at the dragline site were enacted. Area consists of approx. 20
ft x 100 ft
c) Annual Reclamation map, dated 1/1/96, indicates transfer of liability of specified
areas from Eckman Park permit [o Twentymile Coal Company, Foidel Creek permit
due to redisturbance associated with the Foidel Creek operation.
d) No topsoil application occurred in 1995.
e) See (b) repairs at dragline.
f) Enclosed maps show areas, acres and when planted, plus denotes which seed mix was
planted.
2) Additional Monitoring information: Permit requires monitoring 3 years after seeding.
1/1/96 Reclamation Map indicates last seeding occurred in 1991. Seeding of
removed stocktanks occurred in 10/93. Stocktank areas were very small -0.2 acres
each. No monitoring data required to be submitted with this report
