CYCC has reviewed the current DMG responses with regard to the 1994 and 1995 Annual Hydrology
Repott (AHR) for Mine 1, Mine 2, and Eckman Park. The following discussion is provided with regard to
these concerns:

6. As we have discussed in the past, it would also seem appropriate to include water
level or Flaw statistics in the historical statistical summary for each site.
CYCC Response:
Future AHR's will include these summaries of water level or flow information as
appropriate for each site.
Current Division Response:
Please be aware that the CYCC response to this issue was a future commitment to
incorporate water level or flow information in the historical summary in future AHR's.
The Division anticipates this information will be included beginning with the 1997 report
due in early 1998.
Current CYCC Response:
Water level or Flow infortna[ion, as appropriate, was included in the 1996 AHR and will be
included in future AHR's.
2. Original Division Question:
7. The statement in the text was made "actual salt loading... is less than predicted."
What were actual vs. predicted? Some quantitative comparison data should be
included [o suppott this conclusion.
