(3) Mining will continue in the areas currently stripped (yellow)
and within the lake area. Aggregate, Inc. expects to mine
deeper on the lake areas this year. There is adequate soil
stockpiled on the site to resoil the disturbed areas to the
prescribed depth. We will continue to do reclamation as
approved in our plan.
(4 ) Additional bank sloping will be done along the north side as
mining progres the lake
shores that have reached their final configuration.
