Rebmann Roy Romer <br />International Uranium Corp Govern°r <br />1050 Seventeenth St., Ste. 950 lame, s. to~nne,d <br />Denver, CO 80265 Erecunve Dvecior <br /> Michael 9. loop <br />Re: Van 4 Shaft, File No. M-47-032, Receipt of 110(2) Hard Roclt/Metal Minin g Reclamation Pert'nif°n o"e`~°` <br />Application and Exhibits G, I, J, L and Addendttm 1 <br />Deaz Ms. Rebmann: <br />On October 13, 1998, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your the 110(2) Hazd Rcelc/Metal Mining <br />Reclamation Permit Application and above referenced addition information for the Van 4 Shaft, File No. M-97-032. <br />Review of this additional information determined that the following items must be received before the Division can <br />consider your application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />APPLICATION FORM: Page 5, The Responsibilities as a Permittee: The Division requues that these all <br />be initialed by Eazl Hcellen. <br />Eli1-I[BTC G -Source of Leypl Rieht~o-Euter (Rule 6.3.71: Provide a copy of the receipt from the Bureay <br />of Land Managemerrt for the rental fees paid for September I, 1998 through September 1, 1999 for unpatented <br />mining claims. <br />Your application will not be considered filed until the information listed above is received and found sufficient to begin <br />our review. A decision date will be established 30 days from the date of receipt of all of the requested information. <br />Additionally, if you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, afer the Division considers the <br />application submitted. Republication must occur once within ten (10) days of the submittal date. We will notify you <br />when you should initiate republication of your notice. The final date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after the <br />date of publication or the next regulaz business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
