MANAGEMENT <br />Please accept this letter as the 1996 Annual Hydrologic Report for the Terror Creek Loadout. This <br />report is for the 1996 calendar yeaz. <br />No water monitoring was performed or required during 1996. There was no discharge from the <br />sediment pond or dugout pond during 1996. <br />Water is used at the Loadout for dust suppression, showers and office use. Dust suppression includes <br />water sprays on coal conveyors and water applied to roadways. The Loadout has two sources of <br />water. A domestic well supplies water for the office and showers and water from the Deer Trail <br />Ditch is used for dust suppression.
