Renner RECLgMgr~DND~~~SIpN
Dear Mr. Steven Renner;
I will hereby give an annual report of Montrose Counties Gravel Pits.
Mine Name
Neal Pit
Grizzly Ridlge Pit
Cadgene Pit
Pinion Bridge Pit
Shawano Pit
Soderquist Pit
Hogback Pit
The above pits remain as active pits and are used regularly by Montrose
County's Road and Bridge Department. We are averaging approximately
7,500 cubic yards of gravel useage per year from each of the above pits.
As a matter of practice we process gravel in these pits and will crush
10,000 to 20,000 yards at anyone time depending on the needs in the locale
of the pit. This accumulated inventory will be used over a two to three
year period. These pits are strategically located within Montrose County
and we envision their continued useage for numerous years to come.
Lee Pit
Carries Pit
Raish #2
These pits also remain active pits within Montrose Cointies R. & B.
system. We are averaging approximately 5,000 cubic yards of useage per
year from the above noted pits. As a matter of practice we use these pits
as a source of pit run gravelor non processed gravel because of their
location and type of gravel. Therefore the gravel is used as needed in
raw form and never exceeds 5,000 cubic yards in volume. Again we envision
their use for numerous years to come.
