The map will be <br />submitted under separate cover as Empire has to contract the :revision of this map <br />out to another party. The survey revealed that 5.41 acres were associated with the <br />pipeline disturbance. <br />Annual Hydrology Report <br />1. The text has been revised to expand on the dissimilarities between the mine <br />discharge and Well AVF-3. The revised pages aze attached. <br />2. Copies of tables 27 through 30 are attached and can be inserted into the Division's <br />report. <br />3. See comments to 1 above. <br />4. The 1996 AHR will include NPDES non-compliance discharges..
