A 3.97 acre t area along the river remains undisturbed where seeding was complete (green). The contractor building it has done additional sloping and accord- ing to their contract they will be seeding the area they disturbed this year. We are in the process of dewaterinq the lake area so underwater slopes can be completed where mining has ended. At this time rough shaping is complete in the northwest corner and on one parcel along the south side, Grading to 3:1 is complete on the west shore. Once the lake is dewatered we will continue to reconstruct slopes on the north and south slopes (herring bone hatched), The slopes along the north side of will be created sometime this year. The area covered by water surface does not need reclamation (blue) other than underwater sloping. (3) Mining will continue within the lake area where additional gravel remains and on the 10 acre eastern parcel. Once the site is dewatered we will also remove material that was left in the lake area. (4) Additional bank sloping will be done along the north side as mining progresses. We have been informed that construction of 120th Ave. will begin this year and once that is done the entire north slope area will be graded and reclaimed. We will be filing an amendment to the permit in conjunction with Denver Water to complete the ordered corrective actions. This amendment will include the 120th Ave. disturbance area. There is adequate soil stockpiled on the site to resoil the disturb- ed areas to the prescribed depth. Reclamation will continue on the lake shores that have reached their final configura- tion. The temporary settling pond on the east side will be removed as mining ends to create the final lake configuration approved in the reclamation plan.
