In accordance with the Rules and Regulations of
the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, Rule 2.41,
we hereby submit a marked copy of map no, pcc-1387,
and additional information as required. The areas
given are approximate, being determined by planimeter
from the map. Quarrying operations at our cement
plants proceed so slowly that there is considerable
overlap of operating areas from year to year.

Operating areas of the '79-'80 year are out-
lined in black. Stripping was completed in
Cut 2 and the consequent adjacent overburden
pile has been rough graded. Stripping is
proceeding in Cut 3 with the overburden being
placed in the worked-out Cut 1. Acreages, and
condition of disturbance for bonding purposes
are shown on the map.
In the 1979 annual report, it was recommended
that an additional 30 acres be placed under
bond. No response o7as received by Ideal from
the Board, consequently some of the operations
of the 1979-80 year were outside of the area
originally bonded. These areas are a slice
from Cut 4, and Cut 3. To bring bonding up to
date, and to provide adequate bonded area for
the 1980-81 operations, we hereby request that
the bonding be modified as follows:
