In brief, the information provided includes: <br />a. Solution Mining Well completion reports, including cement band logs and temperature <br />logs; <br />b. Solution Mining Well cement job evaluations; <br />c. Hydrostatic test sheets for well field piping; <br />d. Hydrostatic test sheets for Piceance Processing Plant tanks and piping; <br />e. A copy of the previously submitted storm water pond inspection report. <br />In general, all of American Soda's wells, piping, tanks and vessels that contain or transport <br />solution mining fluids at the Piceance were properly installed and successfully tested for <br />tightness, which should minimize the risk of future accidental spills or releases into the <br />environment.
