The purpose of these inspections was to inspect the progress of <br />surface drain construction on the east side of the fill; inspect the areas <br />being dumped to final grade on the 7200, 7250, 7275 and 7300 elevations; <br />inspect the sloping and recontouring taking place between the 7200 and 7300 <br />elevations; inspect the topsoil replacement taking place between the 7200 and <br />7300 elevations; inspect the fill surface for vegetative efforts; inspect the <br />fill £or areas of water seepage or surface drainage and to satisfy the <br />requirements of CDMG. Rule 4.09.1(lla). <br />During the quarter some work was accomplished on the surface rock drain <br />between the 7150 terrace and the 7250 contour ditch. (See Photographs 110-111) <br />During the quarter dumping, recontouring and topsoiling took place <br />between the 7200 and 7300 elevations on the north east half of the fill. (See <br />Photographs 112 -115) <br />7+ttached to this report are my certification that all construction <br />requirements have been met thus far in constructing the West Pit Excess Fill. <br />_~ ~ ~~ <br />Stephen R.
