The cross-
reference table between sample identification numbers and
sample locations is attached. As specified in TR-006,
calculated free and wad cyanide values for the process point
samples are enclosed.
No deviations from the sampling QA/QC protocols, TR-Oi06,
were noted for any of the samples collected. Wells MI-9, M-
12, and M-13, the four process points, and RS-5 were
sampled. At the time of sampling, maintenance activities on
the leach deck prevented the collection of a pre-detox
sample. Wells M-2, M-6, M-7, and M-8 and the three
lysimeter pairs were checked and found to be dry.
The initial analysis by Core Labs of the cyanide sam~les for
the lower pond, the upper pond, and the collection p nd
showed CN-wad values greater than CN-total values. he
samples were re-analyzed. Both reports are attached. All
cyanide values were below our permit limits.
If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
I.llnnn ~ S~+-
Alana L.
