There was no mining for the year. No acres were affected. <br />2. tlo acres were reclaimed. <br />3. No additional reclamation has occurred since our last report <br />dated November 13, 1985. <br />4. The vegetation cover on the slopes is from a na*.ural process. <br />We due anticipate some mining for the 1987-83 year so do not plan <br />to plant any type of vegetation this coming year. <br />5. No fertilizer, organic material or soil conditioners were :.used. <br />6. The growth of natural vegetation appears ±o b~ good. <br />7. Anticipated mining in 1987-88 would occur in phase 1 of our <br />plan. Affected acres would be between one and three. <br />8. The effected date of this information is November 3, 1987. <br />Also, please accept this letter as our statement that beca;.~se the affected <br />land was used for less than 180 days last year this does not constitute <br />any temporary cessation of mining. And should circumstances occur in 1987-88 <br />similar to the afore mention this also would not constitute any temporary <br />cessation of mining. <br />Please find a check enclosed in the amnount of $350.00 for the Annual Fee. <br />Encl: 2 <br />~~.~ <br />William R.
