ATTACHMENT TO ANNUAL REPORT
VAN 4 MINE
PERMIT NO. M-1997-032
NOVEMBER 3, 2007
In December of 2006, Intema[ional Uranium (USA) Corporation (the "Operator") formally
changed it's name to Denison Mines (USA) Corp. ("Denison") and succession of operators
forms where submitted to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the "Division"), on
May 21, 2007.
Maintenance and site clean up work were conducted at the Van 4 Mine site in April of 2007. In
addition, a vent hole was reopened in May of 2007; however, it was determined [hat the hole was
not useable and it was resealed and reclaimed. The site remains stable. Denison is currently
evaluating the Van 4 Mine and anticipates that mining will continue at the Van 4 within the
upcoming year and that approximately 12,000 tons of ore could be produced in 2008. Prior to
initiating mining activities, the surface facilities at the Van 4 will need to be rehabilitated;
however, the existing Division permitted boundary will not be changed. Prior to initiating
mining activities, the Division will be formally notified of any site disturbance activities at the
Van 4 Mine.
No changes occurred in the Permit M-1977-032 area during 2007, and the site map, submitted
with the Permit application, on file with the Division, remains current. Outside of resealing an
opened vent hole, no reclamation work was conducted during 2007, and no reclamation is
scheduled during 2008.
