Less than one-quarter acre was mined during the year <br />on the north side o£ the pit area. (See attached map.) <br />Approximately 22,718 tons of pit run material were <br />excavated. <br />2. No additional acres were reclaimed during the year. <br />3. See map for location and number of acres in various <br />stages of reclamation. <br />4. No vegetation was planted duirng the year however <br />natural seeding occured on topsoil stock piles that <br />had been backsloped the pervious year and no errosion <br />has occured. <br />5. No fertilizers or soil conditioners were used. <br />6. A re-evaluation of the depth of topsoil on the property <br />is currently under study by the Soil Conservation <br />Service. The orginial report and permit showed 9 to <br />18 inches of topsoil when there is actually about six <br />inches covering the area. A letter expressing the <br />findings of this reevaluation will to sent to the <br />Division when the report is completed. <br />7. It is expected that less than one half acre will be <br />mined or affected in the coming year. <br />8.
