As you <br />may recall, the report is to address the information requested in the format approved by the <br />Division as a result of Minor Revision No. 96. The report includes a discussion of the survey <br />schedule, mining advance, subsidence results, and visual effects. A table of the subsidence <br />monitoring data is included.
