DMG Permit No. M-88-I 12 <br />Bi-weekly Water Sampling -May ] 8 and 31, 1995 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for a portion of the bi-weekly <br />water samples collected May 18 and 31, 1995 as specified in the April 1992 Abatement <br />Plan. "the cross-reference [able between sample identification numbers and sammple <br />locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free and wad cyanide values for <br />the process point samples are enclosed. <br />RS-5 and the process points were sampled and the analyses are enclosed. A duplicate <br />was collected at the tailings pond. Field blanks and rinse blanks were conducted as part <br />of the field quality assurance program.
