Reference is made to MLRB Rules and Regulations, amended December 1977, Section 2.40: 2.41 (I) (a) Mining operations in Stage 0, 1974-1977, were completed as scheduled. Approximately 7.45+ acres were affected as planned (see map D-1 or D-lA). (b) Operations in Stage X, 1975-1980, were completed ahead of schedule. Approximately 10.75+ acres were affected as planned (see map D-1 or D-lA). (c) Mining operations in Stage I, 1978-1981, are continuing as planned. We have affected approximately 5.30 acres this year (see map D-1 or D-lA). (d) Mining operations in Stage A, 1977-1981, are continuing as planned. We have affected approximately 1.25+ acres this year (see map D-1 or D-lA). s (2) (a) Reclamation Phase 0, 1978-1982, is in the process of regrading and sloping as prescribed. Planaed revegetation will not be carried out until the fall of 1979 because regrading and sloping will continue into at least mid-winter of this year. (b) Reclamation Phase X, 1981-1985, is ahead of schedule with regrading and shaping complete. Road graveling will occur this fall, and it is hoped that the planned revegetation will be possible during the 1978 fall planting season. (c) Phase I - no reclamation scheduled until 1982. (d) Phase A - no reclamation scheduled until 1982. READY MIXCD CONCRETE
