<br />Mine Water Balance <br />Page II.C-77 of the application states that a mine inflow study <br />included in the AHR will include a mine workings map showing the <br />location and quantity of inflows. Page 12 of the AHR states that <br />"during January 1994, a survey of the accessible areas of the mine <br />workings was conducted to identify the location and flow rates of <br />all seeps. The locations and flow rates of the seeps are shown on <br />Plate 1,...in gallons per day." If you have better eyesight than <br />me, maybe you can locate the seep sites and actually read the flow <br />rates on Plate 1. Good Luck. Maybe we should request the map be <br />revised to be legible. Also, some explanation would appear to be <br />warranted as to why the seeps have not been mapped and measured <br />since January, 1994.
