• conductivity, lab pH, and dissolved manganese. At well FBR-11-A (Table 2), a new minimum value for lab pH <br />was recorded. New maximum values were recorded for dissolved selenium, nitrite, and ortho-diss phosphate. At <br />well 006-82-74C (Table 3), new maximum values were recorded for field conductivity, total dissolved solids. <br />dissolved sodium, and nitrite. At well 91 M006 (Table 4) elevated pH values continued to remain evident during <br />2000. New minimum values were recorded during the year for total dissolved solids, dissolved calcium, <br />dissolved magnesium, dissolved sodium, and bicarbonate. New maximum values were recorded for field pH, lab <br />pH, and dissolved selenium. At well 008-77-58 (Table 5), a new maximum value was recorded for dissolved <br />selenium. At well 93M001 (Table 6), new minimum values were recorded for field conductivity, lab <br />conductivity, lab pH, and dissolved sodium. At well 93M003 (Table 7), new minimum values were recorded for <br />temperature, TDS, and dissolved sodium. New maximum values were recorded for field pH, nitrate, and nitrite. <br />The data is not indicative of significant changes in trace metals concentrations. <br />/ ~ '~ <br />Twentvmile Sandstone: During 2000, two wells, 006-BRDH-7 and 91M005, required monitoring for water <br />,~ / <br />levels and field parameters on asemi-annual basis, and four wells, FBR-11-B, FBR-2, 97012TM and 97013"I'M, <br />required monitoring for water levels, field parazneters, and water qu`aliry parameters on asemi-annual basis. All <br />monitoring requirements were completed at these sites during 2000. Tables 8 through 13 provide summaries of <br />the 2000 Water Year data collected at each site. Figures 17 through 28 provide graphical representations of water <br />levels and selected water quality parameters recorded at each site. <br />The po[en[iome[ric surface in the Twentymile Sandstone as reflected by these six wells is generally observed to <br />• slope from southwest to northeast. Water levels at wells 006-BRDH-7 (Figure 17), 91 M005 (Figure 19), FBR- <br />11-B (Figure 21), FBR-2 (Figure 23), and 97013TM (Figure 27), remained steady throughout 2000 with no mine <br />impacts apparent. A damaged hydrant at well 97012TM (Figure 25) prevented water level measurements in 2000. <br />The lower water levels typical in well 91M005 relative to well 006-82-48A continued to remain apparent. Well <br />91 M005 was established in 1993 to replace well 006-82-48A which was mined through during 1993. <br />Field measurements are presented in Tables 8 and 9 for wells 006-BRDH-7 and 91M005. Field parameter <br />measurements on these Twentymile Sandstone wells monitored during 2000 returned values within anticipated <br />ranges with no mine related impacts evident. Field measurements and water quality parameters for wells FBR- <br />11-B, FBR-2, 97012TM, and 97013TM are provided on Tables 10 through 13. At well FBR-I I-B (Table 10), <br />new minimum values were recorded for lab pH, dissolved calcium, and carbonate. New maximum values were <br />recorded for temperature, field conductivity, lab conductivity, TDS, dissolved sodium, sulfate, and nitrite. A[ <br />well FBR-2 (Table 11), new minimum values were recorded for lab conductivity, pH, TDS, dissolved <br />magnesium, dissolved sodium, bicazbonate, and dissolved iron. New maximum values were recorded for <br />dissolved selenium and nitrate. Well 97012TM (Table 12) and 97013TM (Table ]3) established many new <br />maximum and minimum values for tested parameters in 2000, due to the limited period for which values have <br />been collected at these sites. However, none of these values fell outside fire typical historical range of other wells <br />in this aquifer. , ~~ <br />y,N- ~ c- ~~9 ~.., <br />Trout Creek Sandstone: During 2000, six Trout Creek Sandstone wells, 001-83-106, 001-83-107, FCM #2 FBR- <br />i <br />2-E, 97012TC and 97013TC required monitoring for water levels and field parameters on asemi-annual basis, <br />and one well, 008-75-EFC, required an annual water level measurement.
