It was submitted <br />timely, and is comprehensive. The trend graphs aze especially helpful. However, please address <br />the following items (requested action in bold) by modification and additions to the AHR. <br />Item l . The report form Outfall Inspection -Ponds used for the l a quarter 20043 inspections is <br />inconsistent with other quarterly reports in that observations regazding the Wash Bay, Taylor <br />Pump Holding, Aeration, West Overflow, East Overflow, and Sediment Sump Ponds aze not <br />recorded. The report aze included under Exhibit 1 B, Completed Annual and Quarterly Stock <br />Pond Inspection Forms. For consistency and to eliminate discrepancies, please add information <br />to the report form as appropriate. <br />Item 2. Inspection reports provided under Exhibit lA of the Annual Reclamation Report were <br />duplicated under Exhibit 1B. The annual inspection reports of Stock Tanks provided (Exhibit 1B <br />do not carry the required certification. Please submit inspection reports for the tanks with the <br />appropriate certifications [Rule 4.05.9(14)(b)]. <br />Item 3. Please delete the erroneous statement that the new Upper Good Springs Creek site <br />is represented on the Impoundments Map or add the location to the Impoundments Map <br />(Section 2, General Discussion, Surface Water Data, NUGSC). The eazlier statement that the <br />location is indicated on Exhibit 2C is correct. <br />Item 4. Please delete the erroneous statement that the new Lower Good Springs Creek site <br />is represented on the Impoundments map or add the location to the Impoundments Map <br />(Section 2, General Discussion, Surface Water Date, LGSC).
