Box 1710 Grand Junction, CO 81502 110 Ann Fee Letter Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined land Reclamation Act requires that, "... the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The Notice of Intent shall contain an annual fee of 550.00 and a map or statement that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during the previous year; (b) the land to be affected during the coming year; and (c1 any land reclaimed during the preceding year." Division records indicate you owe X50.00.
