Canany <br /> <br />date: <br />July 30, 2004 Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br /> July 15, 2005 (update) <br />Rule 2.04.13 Annual Reclamation Report <br />Rule 2.04.13(1):By February 1 S, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall fale an <br />annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar year for all areas under bond. The <br />report shall include, but not be limited to, text, discussion and maps which address: <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The Colowyo Coal Company Annual Reclamation <br />Report is required by April 1 (Permit, page 4.05-11). It was submitted March 19, 2004, and was <br />received in the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) on March 25, 2004. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a): The name and address of the permittee and permit number; <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The cover of the report includes the name of the <br />permittee (Colowyo Coal Company L.P.). The address (5731 State Highway 13, Meeker, <br />Colorado 81641) and permit number (C-81-019) identified in the introduction letter of March 19, <br />2004. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(b): Location and number of acres disturbed during that year; <br />The report is in compliance with this rule. The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />reporting form for 2003 is located in Section 3 of the report. 120 acres are reported as being <br />disturbed during 2003. Locations of 2003 disturbance are shown on the map at Section 5 of the <br />report (2003 Annual Report Exhibit 7). See vicinity ofN336000 E135200 (5,24 ~Dn the reference <br />coordinate overlay) for 9.5 acres of disturbance (SW limits of the East Pit); However, <br />approximately 9.5 acres were re-disturbance of seeded, previously disturbed, areas (4.9 acres of <br />area 16005, 1.58 acres of area 16006, 0.5 acres of 16007, and 2.78 acres of area 1.6008). See <br />vicinity of N340000 E 1315000 (X, 15) for 91.4 acre of disturbance (leading south east edge of <br />the East Pit).
