Type: Subsidence
Doc. Name: DRMS Review Memo -Spring 2007 Subsidence Report
From: Tom Kaldenbach
The attached Review Checklist summazizes the results of my review of the above-
referenced Subsidence Report. The report fulfills the reporting requirement for the time
period. Subsidence impacts appear to be consistent with those predicted in the permit
application. Impacts to structures and renewable resource lands were as predicted in the
permit application. I have no adequacy comments for the mine operator.
cc: Henry Barbe, Mountain Coal Company
Dan Hernandez, CDRMS
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver Grand Junction Durango Active and Inactive Mines
