<br />RESOLUTION <br />RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT STANDARD #16 OF USE BY <br />SPECIAL REVIEW - BUCKLEN EQUIPMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, <br />Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home <br />Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the <br />affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public <br />hearing on the 24th <br />o'clock p.m. in the <br />hearing the request <br />25th Avenue, Gree.le~ <br />Standard #16 of the <br />August 16, 1982, on <br />day of August, 1983, at the hour of 2:00 <br />Chambers of the Board for the purpose of <br />of Bucklen Equipment Company, 804 North <br />t, Colorado 80631, to amend Development <br />Use by Special Review which was approved <br />the following described real estate, to-wit: <br />Part of the SW ;, Section 31, Township 6 North, <br />Range 6!i West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, <br />Colorado <br />WHEREAS, Sec{.ion 24.4.2 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance <br />provides standard:a for review of said Use by Special Review, and <br />WHEREAS, Development Standard #16 of the Use by Special <br />Review granted to Bucklen Equipment Company currently reads as <br />follows: "Prior t:o starting excavation, a six (6) foot wooden <br />privacy fence shall be set up, maintained and located in such a <br />manner as to fence and adequately screen from adjoining property <br />owners that border the southern boundary of the subject site.", and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has presented a petition requesting <br />that said Development,Standard #16 be amended to read as follows: <br />"Prior to starting excavation, a six (6) foot chain link fence <br />with security barbed wire strands shall be set up, maintained <br />and located in such a manner as to fence from adjoining property <br />owners that border the southern boundary of the subject site.", and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the <br />testimony and statements of those present, has studied the re- <br />quest of the applicant and the recommendations of the Weld County <br />Planning Commission and all of the exhibits and evidence presented <br />in this matter, and having been fully informed, finds that the <br />LHR 2133 <br />t, <br />
